We were actually looking to book a unit across Midnight Pass then found Aloha Kai on the internet. Very glad original unit wasn't available. Aloha Kai has been great. Very convenient to the beach. Grounds very well maintained. Community feel. All around a good experience. The only recommendation is that villa needs a new dishwasher.

Dishwasher needs to be replaced, doesn't clean dishes. Bath needs to be updated.
