Guest Rules and Regulations

Check-In Information

• Check-In time is at 4:00 PM. Starting at 12:00PM you may request an early check-in. Early check-ins before 3:00 PM cost an additional $50.00.
• Wi-Fi information is posted inside your Villa – located in the Aloha Kai info binder.
• To get you started we provide each Villa with a starter kit of 1 dish soap, 1 dishwasher tablet, 1 paper towel roll, 3 kitchen trash bags, 2 cosmetic soaps per bathroom, and 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom. Any additional supplies needed are your responsibility. 

Check-Out Procedures

• Check-Out time is 10:00 AM. You may request a late check-out for an additional fee, late check-out requests must be completed with office staff 24 hours before check-out.
• Please empty refrigerator and start dishwasher.
• All garbage must be properly bagged, sealed, and placed in the in-ground trash silos or cans located outside the villa.
• Recyclables are to be placed in the exterior blue bins provided at each villa.
• Please set thermostat to 76 F.

 Parking & Traffic

• Every Villa has ONE designated parking space and parking pass. Additional vehicles and guests must register in the front office for a separate parking pass.
• All parked vehicles must have a parking pass visible in the dashboard, or you will be towed at your own expense.
• You are permitted to share your gate code for deliveries – please direct them to your Villa. Delivery vehicles may park near Villa entrances on a short-term basis only.
• Motor homes, campers, boats (including kayaks), trailers or trucks (over 1 ton) are not to be parked on Aloha Kai property.  
• No parking is permitted on Aloha Kai streets.  Towaway zones are marked and will be enforced.
• The speed limit is 10 mph within our community and our roads only permit one-way traffic. Please be cautious of pedestrians.  
• No roller skates, roller blades or skateboards are permitted on the premises.

Villa Rules & Regulations

• Trash & recyclables are picked up every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. 
• Please be respectful of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, particularly between 9 PM to 8 AM daily.
• The use of charcoal or propane grills is not permitted inside screened lanais.
• All drying or hanging of clothes, towels, etc. by line or rack must be kept inside the lanai or outside in the back of the Villa.
• No unlawful use shall be made of Aloha Kai property. Villas are to be used only for residential purposes.
•  We have on-site maintenance and cleaning personnel to handle any issues that may arise upon your arrival or during your stay. Please contact our front office staff to report issues.
•  If you have any of the following occur outside our office hours: no A/C, a power outage, flooding inside of your Villa, or you are locked out – call 941-326-4524 and our answering service will direct you to an emergency contact. Please call 911 first in the case of a TRUE emergency.
•  No Pets are allowed on Aloha Kai property except for CERTIFIED service animals. Certification documentation must be provided at the time of reservation and again at check-in. Guests are responsible for their service animal’s behavior as well as proper disposal of animal waste. Failure to comply will result in eviction.

Pool & Recreation         [Pool Hours: 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM]

• There is NO lifeguard on duty. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
• All children must be supervised by an adult. All babies must be properly diapered.
• NO glass is allowed in the pool and shuffle-board area.
• NO smoking is permitted in the pool area, rec room, office, and shuffle-board area.
• Pool chairs and tables are first come first serve – no reservations. They must remain on the pool deck.
• All personal audio equipment must be kept on silent within the pool area.
• Rec room hours are the same as the office hours. Arrangements to use the rec room must be made with office staff. 

Beach

• All beach chairs must be returned to the area behind the Aloha Kai sign. Please do not leave the chairs down by the water.
• NO glass is allowed on the beach and please do not leave litter behind. There are trash bins by our sea wall for your convenience.
• May 1st – October 31st is sea turtle breeding season. Turtle nests on the beach will be marked and must remain undisturbed. Villas near the beach should close blinds and curtains as well as avoid the use of outdoor lighting at night during this time.
