Aloha Kai is a gem, a laid-back, family friendly beach community located on Siesta Key, a barrier island off the coast of Sarasota on Florida’s West Coast.

Within a quick walk or a quaint trolley ride, our guests have access to the many restaurants, shops and entertainment options up and down the Key. 

The Aloha Kai community features 58 villas with a wide selection of sizes and configurations to choose from. 

Select from 1, 2 and 3 bedroom rentals either close to the pool, close to the beach or directly on the beach. With fully equipped kitchens and thoughtfully curated amenities, our villas ensure the convenience and comfort of our guests. Each villa is equipped with televisions, Wi-Fi, and every feature to make you feel at home.

Aloha Kai boasts Siesta Key’s largest swimming pool, direct access to the most beautiful beach in America and sunsets that leave our guests in awe. Each evening, the community gathers with a glass of wine to celebrate sunset and another beautiful day on the Key.

Aloha Kai is a special place for you and your family to kick back and relax with a book or have an active vacation with parasailing, jet skiing, fishing charters or banana boat rides with pick up right on our beach. 

There are many entertainment and activity options available without the need to leave Siesta Key.

If you choose to explore the area off Key, adventures such as digging for Megalodon teeth, bathing elephants at the elephant rescue, feeding lions at Big Cat Rescue,  or airboat rides on the nearby Peace River, await.
